Vision Financial Search LLC (VFS) is a boutique search firm positioned between the international executive recruiting firms and local staffing firms. Within middle market companies, we conduct CFO and Controller level searches. For larger organizations, we conduct Director and Senior Manager level searches within the areas of financial reporting, technical accounting, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial planning & analysis, financial systems, treasury and tax.

We began operations in 2000 and have experienced steady growth every year since. During the economic downturn of 2001 - 2003, while our industry lost 40% of its players, VFS actually expanded operations. Our growth during this period was made possible by our culture, which instills a commitment to the principal tenets upon which this profession was built - value, relationships and integrity.
